Betalsätt
I samarbete med Klarna erbjuder vi fakturabetalning, delbetalning, kontokortsbetalning samt direktbetalning till bank. Vi använder oss av säkra betallösningar, all information skickas krypterad via säkrade servar. När varorna skickats får du leveransavisering till din e-mailadress. Först därefter skickas fakturan ut. Fakturan har en förfallotid på 30 dagar. Har du betalt med kort eller direktbetalning via bank, kommer det belopp som reserverats nu att dras från ditt konto. Fraktkostnad
Vi tillämpar enhetsfrakt på 59.- per försändelse, oberoende av vikt och fraktsätt.

Fraktsätt
Alla leveranser sker med PostNord eller DHL. Mindre försändelser skickas med Postens brev och större försändelser skickas som paket med DHL till ditt närmaste postkontor eller ombud. När din beställning skickas från oss får du en leveransavisering till din e-mailadress eller via sms.
Leveranstid
Vi skickar från oss inom 2-10 arbetsdagar. Hör av er till om oss ni önskar expressleverans.
Ångerrätt och retur
Vi printar alla våra ordrar på begäran. Du har 14 dagars returrätt, på produkter i nyskick, från det att du har mottagit din leverans. Vi tar inte ut någon returavgift när du returnerar men du betalar själv för frakten tillbaka enligt Postens portotabell. Viktigt är att du paketerar returen väl och bifogar följesedeln eller annan information där ordernummer och kunduppgifter framgår. Observera att vi inte kan acceptera returer med andra fraktbolag än Posten.
När vi har mottagit returen krediteras beloppet för den/de varor du har returnerat via Klarna.
Ej uthämtade brev eller paket
För ej uthämtade brev eller paket förbehåller vi oss rätten att debitera dig för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hanteringsavgift, för närvarande 110 kr.
Hur länge ligger försändelsen hos ombudet?
Hämtar du inte ut din beställning hos ditt postombud inom 14 dagar går den automatiskt i retur till oss. För ej uthämtade paket förbehåller vi oss rätten att debitera dig för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hanteringsavgift, för närvarande 110 kr. Tänk på att din faktura förfaller 14 dagar efter det att vi har skickat beställningen oavsett om du har hämtat ut den hos ombudet eller inte.
Reklamation
Kontrollera att leveransen är korrekt – om inte, kontakta oss via mail eller telefon så hjälper vi dig.

Förpackning
Storlekarna A4 och 30×40 samt kort packas som standard platt i en plastficka med en hård baksida i papp. Storlekarna 40×50, 50×70 och 70×100 samt affischer packas i papprör. Beställer man både en liten och en stor storlek så rullar vi båda i samma papprör. Hör av er om ni önskar annan förpackning.
Priser
Priserna på våra varor anges i svenska kronor inklusive moms. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priser utan föregående avisering.
Lager
Eftersom vi printar allt i vår egna studio så har vi ingenting på lager utan printar allt på begäran. Undantag för boken Sveriges fjärilar och våra gratulationskort.
Bildernas färgåtergivning
Vi försöker att visa färgerna på bilderna så exakt som möjligt men vi kan inte garantera att de färger som visas i webbutiken exakt återger de färger som bilderna har i verkligheten. Hur färgen återges beror på din dator och bildskärmsinställningar.
Våra standardstorlekar
Alla våra prints finns som standard i storlekarna A4, 30x40cm, 40x50cm, 50x70cm och 70x100cm. Undantag finns dock på vissa motiv då originalen är för små och inte klarar de allra största storlekarna. Våra miniprints finns i storlekarna 15x15cm och 15x21cm.
