Payment
All prices are set in Euro (€). Payment is made with credit/debit card via NETS. We accept all major credit cards.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship from us within 2-10 working days either with UPS or regular post (depending on the size and/or amount of the parcel). It usually takes 2-5 working days to be delivered within EU once it has left us. It may take a few days extra outside of EU for the order to arrive. Bigger parcels will be delivered to the nearest Service point. Please contact us should you need express delivery.
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail. It includes all information about your order. The package is delivered directly to your adress or to a service point near you, this differs from each country and if we ship with UPS or via the Postal service. If you haven’t received your order after 14+ working days please send us an email, with your order number, at info@liljebergs.nu and we will do our best to locate the problem.

IMPORT CHARGES
Please note that you may have to pay import charges to receive your order depending on which country you order from and the amount of the order. Please check before hand what the import charges might be before you place your order with us. If you do not pay the import charges the parcel will be returned to us, we will then cancel the order and refund you for the order excluding the shipping cost.
Return and exchange
You are entitled to exchange or refund items within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. We will refund you if your order for some reason does not arrive. Send your return goods including your receipt or order confirmation to:

You will get a confirmation by email from us when we receive your return and have made the refund. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. At the occasion of an exchange we will send you the new product free of charge. We will of course refund the shipping cost for your return if it’s due to mistakes made by us (wrong print, damaged goods etc).

Images color
We try to show the colors of the images as accurate as possible but we can not guarantee that the colors displayed in the webbshop accurately reflect the colors of the images in reality. The colors depend on your computer and display settings. If you choose the white background know that it is the paper that is 100% white, we do not print on the white surface.
Packaging
Sizes A4 and 30×40 are packed flat in plastic wrapping on a hard back. Sizes 40×50, 50×70 and 70×100 are rolled in a cardboard tube. If you have ordered several different sizes they will usually be packed together. Please contact us if you desire other packaging.
Stock
We print everything in our own studio on demand so we are never out of stock.
